At Hidden Valley Airpark, all of our homesites are one acre and larger, giving you plenty of room to build your dream home and hangar. Most lots have access to taxiways that lead to the runway.

Established in 1967, Hidden Valley Airpark is a community with diverse architectural stylese. Homes have a minimum of 2,000 square feet of enclosed living area and are built to required specifications in order to protect the value and attractiveness of all properties within the community.
