At Hidden Valley Airpark, all of our homesites are one acre and larger, giving you plenty of room to build your dream home and hangar. All Phase VI lots have access to taxiways that lead to the runway. Many of these lots also have an abundance of mature trees and views of the new retention pond. All new lots will have utilities (water, underground electric, natural gas, and high-speed internet) available at the front of the lot. Interior roadways and infrastructure are under development as of March 1, 2024. Established in 1967, Hidden Valley Airpark is a community with diverse architectural styles and does not require the use of any set builders for your custom home. Homes must have a minimum of 2,000 square feet of enclosed living area and be built to required specifications in order to protect the value and attractiveness of all properties within the community.
